Freestone Feedlot is located on Bundjalung country near Warwick in the Southern Downs of Queensland. This feedlot is situated atop a hill just 660 metres from Campbell Gully. When we visited this feedlot, we observed several dead cows near the compost pile and piles of bones around the compost pile. Cows at this feedlot are not provided with any shade or shelter.
