Myranee Feedlot

Myranee Feedlot is located on Ngarabal country in the Goondiwindi region near the Queensland / New South Wales border. This feedlot contains both cows and sheep, and is in the process of expanding. The feedlot is part of Maidenhead Station, owned and operated by Maidenhead Pastoral. The feedlot is 2.5 km from the Dumaresq River, with drainage lines traversing the property. On the day of filming, some of the cows had thin strips of shade, but most animals did not have access to any shelter.
