Wambo Feedlot

Wambo Feedlot is located on Barunggam country near Dalby in the Western Downs of Queensland. Wambo Feedlot is owned and operated by Wambo Cattle Company, who are in the process of expanding the feedlot to 24,000. The large feedlot is only 1km from Back Creek, and on the day that the footage was taken, we observed a river of effluent (raw sewage) flowing out of the feedlot property, under a state road and into the forest across the road. We also observed two dead cows lying uncovered near the compost pile.
