Aronui Feedlot

Owned by Australian Agricultural Company (AACo), Aronui Feedlot is located on Wakka Wakka country near the town of Dalby in the Western Downs of Queensland. The large feedlot mainly contains Wagyu breeds, who are kept confined on the feedlot for between 300 and 500 days. We observed some pens that were densely stocked, meaning that the cows have limited access to shade or room to move around.
