Toogoolawah Feedlot is located on Yuggera Ugarapul country near Toogoolawah in the Somerset region of Queensland. This small feedlot is situated only 300 metres from Cressbrook Creek. On the day we visited, we observed what appeared to be very poor-quality water in the waterway. Part of the feedlot including the effluent ponds are mapped as flood hazard areas. This feedlot does not provide any shade or shelter for the cows.
