Warnoah Feedlot

Warnoah Feedlot is located on Wadjigu country near Theodore in the Banana region of Queensland. This feedlot had shade structures in some of the pens, but the majority of the cows have no access to shade or shelter. Warnoah Feedlot is situated 1.6 km from the Dawson River and the entire feedlot is mapped as a flood hazard area. On the day we visited, we observed two calves standing outside the feedlot and in the food trough.
