Whyalla Feedlot

Whyalla Feedlot is located on Kamilaroi country near Texas in the Goondiwindi region of Queensland. Whyalla Feedlot is one of the largest in the country, with a current expansion set to take the total capacity to 75,000. This feedlot is owned and operated by a Japanese company, NH Foods, who also own Oakey Beef Exports abattoir in Oakey. Cows will remain on this feedlot from anywhere between 100 to 300+ days.
